People Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Architect and improve end-to-end People Ops and TA stack with AI agents.
• Design and deploy AI agents for onboarding, compliance docs, offers, and scheduling.
• Use AI to manage multi-country HR compliance across six regions.
• Build AI-powered reporting and dashboards for People and TA metrics.
• Run HRIS/ATS and People tech as an AI-augmented system; evaluate new tools.
• Use AI to support TA with pipeline forecasting and data integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in People Ops or HR Ops with leadership experience.
• Prior SaaS or high-growth tech experience essential.
• Deep fluency with AI tools, agent builders, and agentic workflows; built agents.
• Strong technical instincts: APIs, integrations, automation (Zapier, Make, n8n), and prompt engineering.
• Multi-country HR Ops experience preferred; US/UK/Australia/Canada/Philippines.
• Data fluency: dashboards, funnel metrics, and AI-driven insights.
