• Own the employee experience across onboarding to offboarding.
• Deliver a comprehensive onboarding program (preboarding, I-9s, benefits setup).
• Build scalable People ops via SOPs, HRIS optimization, automation, and AI.
• Own HR compliance, including policies and multi-state regulations.
• Lead performance mgmt and employee engagement initiatives.
• Advise managers on policies, employee relations, and coaching.
