People Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own HRBP enablement end-to-end; design, launch, and iterate on agentic tooling that make our HRBPs
• Design and maintain manager operational workflows, playbooks, tooling, and automations to run teams
• Own build-out and maintenance of dashboards for functional org health analytics in real time
• Lead automation of employee processes with structured, compliant workflows
• Champion responsible AI use within HR, partnering with Legal and IT for guardrails
• Define success metrics; KPIs include automations shipped, workflow adoption, dashboard engagement

🎯 Requirements

• You've owned HR operations or People programs end-to-end; designed the experience, rolled out
• AI tools are part of how you work today; you experiment with workflows and automations
• Build or contribute to agentic tools; understand prompts/LLMs to design workflows others can use
• Comfortable with data/tools to make outcomes visible; dashboards, automation, HRIS experience
• You bring structure to ambiguity
• Worked with HRBPs or HR generalist teams; understand blockers and fixes
