📋 Description

• Lead and improve lifecycle stages: pre-boarding to offboarding.
• Define, document, and improve people operations processes.
• Lead initiatives from scoping to execution: events, policy rollouts, system changes.
• Lead automation using WRITER's AI platform to streamline workflows.
• Administer and optimize HRIS; build dashboards for key metrics.
• Manage compliance across federal, state, and local regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in HR/people ops or related role in high-growth tech.
• Design and implement processes from scratch.
• Strong project management with multiple workstreams.
• Systems-thinking mindset; map workflows and automate for scale.
• Experience with people analytics: dashboards and data-informed decisions.
• Hands-on HRIS experience and improving HR ops systems.
