📋 Description

• Own end-to-end global equity operations lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards, Finance, Legal, Tax and regional teams.
• Ensure data accuracy, process compliance and equity experience.
• Provide governance and employee support for equity questions.
• Maintain equity data, reporting and audit-ready controls.
• Drive projects to simplify and automate equity operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, HR, or related field.
• 6+ years in global equity administration in tech/fintech or multinational.
• Experience with RSUs, stock options, ESOPs across entities/jurisdictions.
• Experience with HRIS and employee equity platforms.
• Strong data integrity, multi-system data reconciliation.
• Ability to handle employee queries with clear priorities and SLAs.
