📋 Description

• Own core People Operations activities from onboarding to day-to-day support for a globally
• Manage employee data lifecycle changes, ensuring processes are consistent, compliant, and locally
• Collaborate with employees and leaders across regions/time zones; resolve routine requests and
• Explore AI and automation to simplify workflows while maintaining privacy and accuracy.
• Contribute to HR analytics, systems, and projects (HRIS/ATS improvements, policy rollouts, audits).
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment with sensitive matters.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in People/HR Operations or related field.
• Experience supporting employee lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding) and HR transactions.
• Experience with global or multi-country workforce; effective across time zones.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; empathetic with employees and managers.
• Discretion handling confidential information; strong data integrity skills.
