📋 Description

• Own core People Operations activities from onboarding to offboarding and lifecycle changes.
• Support a globally distributed workforce across regions/time zones with local considerations.
• Provide benefits support and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data privacy.
• Contribute to HR projects, analytics, and AI/automation initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in People Operations/HR Operations/HR Generalist or related field.
• Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, and HR transactions.
• Experience with global/multi-country workforce or cross-time zone work.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, reliable follow-through.
• Excellent written/spoken communication; professional and empathetic interaction.
• Discretion handling confidential information; strong judgment.
