Serve as primary People Operations Partner for Engineering, Product, and CX, delivering employee
Manage and improve employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, job changes, promotions, transfers
Ensure accurate business process transactions and employee records in Workday and other people
Respond to employee and manager inquiries, resolving issues and escalating when appropriate
Conduct exit interviews and share trends and opportunities for improvement
Support workforce planning and organizational changes

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience in HR/People Operations or HR Generalist role (supporting Engineering
Experience managing global contingent workforce programs
Experience supporting US immigration program
Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR operations best practices
Experience with Workday and Microsoft Fabric or similar analytics platform
Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment in handling confidential employee information
