People Operations Partner GTM

📋 Description

• Partner with Commercial, Customer Experience, and Finance/Ops leaders to translate business
• Serve as the primary People advisor to senior leaders and managers, coaching them through
• Provide direct support on complex or sensitive employee matters while coordinating operational
• Lead and advise on core HR cycles, including compensation and promotion decisions, using
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders on headcount planning, role definition, hiring
• Manage employment-related decisions such as relocation cases, terminations, and other compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience, including at least 2 years supporting Sales, GTM, or
• Experience advising Directors, Vice Presidents, and/or C-level leaders in a scaling organization.
• Strong practical knowledge of employee relations, performance management, organizational design
• Strong commercial judgment and experience coaching senior commercial leaders through performance
• People operations experience rather than a primarily recruitment-focused background, with
• Ability to build, interpret, and apply people analytics and dashboards to influence decisions and
