People Operations Partner, North America

📋 Description

• Run people operations for Reaktor in the US and Canada, including payroll, contracts, onboarding
• Own the employee lifecycle in North America end-to-end: pre-boarding, onboarding, employment
• Manage local compliance and People & Culture team vendors: payroll coordination, immigration
• Maintain accurate employee data in the global HR system (HiBob).
• Provide first-line support to the North American team on policy, benefits, payroll, leave, and
• Handle employment relations execution alongside the People Partner, including warnings, performance

🎯 Requirements

• Around five or more years in HR generalist, People Operations, or HR administration roles in the US.
• Working knowledge of US employment law and practice across multiple states (e.g., FLSA
• Experience managing external partners: payroll providers, immigration counsel, employment counsel
• Real comfort with administrative precision and attention to detail.
• Judgment to handle confidential matters and documentation discipline.
• Ability to turn vague situations into facts, options, stakeholders, and recommendations.
