People Operations & People Partner Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead assessment and optimisation of our People tech stack (HRIS) and vendors.
• Oversee implementation and integration of HRIS tools.
• Review and improve core HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Ensure operations and policies are structured, compliant and scalable.
• Lead projects on leveling, compensation, salary bands, and hybrid work.
• Reduce operational overhead by automating workflows with AI.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in People Operations, HR Ops or HR Generalist roles.
• Strong operational and project management skills.
• HRIS evaluation, implementation and automation experience.
• Strong knowledge of European HR practices (incl. French law).
• Structured, proactive, solutions-oriented and detail-driven.
• Excellent communication; builds relationships across levels.
