People Operations Program Manager, Immigration & Global Mobility

📋 Description

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for Global Immigration program.
• Evaluate and architect global immigration policies and workflows.
• Advise Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and HRBPs on timelines, costs, and risk.
• Counsel on immigration practices, timelines, and compliance.
• Partner with external counsel to manage filings and SLAs.
• Design internal resources and training on immigration timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in corporate immigration (in-house or law firm).
• Deep knowledge of US visa categories (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, etc.).
• Strong fluency with USCIS, DOL, and DOS regulations.
• Empathetic communicator with ability to simplify legal guidance.
• Experience with HRIS/immigration case management software.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive compliant pathways.
