📋 Description

• Own the roadmap for leveraging ServiceNow to deliver a self-service People support model.
• Govern global knowledge management for highly searchable, AI-friendly People content.
• Collaborate on AI-enabled initiatives like virtual agents and automated case routing to speed
• Configure ServiceNow HRSD and update templates, rules, and user criteria.
• Design and optimize onboarding, transfers, and transition workflows.
• Partner with IT and other ops leads to translate policies into technical workflows and manage

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in People Operations, People Technology, or Service Management.
• Deep ServiceNow HRSD expertise with configuration, knowledge management, and workflow design.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS-HR, CSA, CAD).
• Systems Thinking: map manual processes into automated workflows and connect across tools (e.g.
• AI & Self-Service literacy: experience with virtual agents, automated routing, or ML-driven
• Project management: lead cross-functional global initiatives and manage stakeholder expectations.

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range: $159,000 – $196,000 USD.
