📋 Description

• Architect the Onboarding Experience: Lead the "Day 0 to Day 90" journey for all US hires.
• Master People Operations & Compliance: Maintain absolute data integrity in our HRIS, coordinate
• Drive Targeted US Talent Acquisition: Own full-cycle recruiting for 2–4 concurrent roles.
• Elevate Hiring Rigor & Strategy: Coach hiring managers on structured, bias-aware interviewing

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in agency recruiting, full-cycle in-house recruiting, or a hybrid People
• Recruitment Expertise: A track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Operational Foundation: Hands-on experience with onboarding logistics, HRIS management, and US
• Tech Fluency: Experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever)
