People Operations Senior Analyst (Mexico)

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary UKG Pro SME for People Ops
• Field requests, troubleshoot issues, provide timely support
• Manage intake of UKG Pro requests via Jira; triage tickets
• Build, maintain, and enhance UKG Pro reports and dashboards
• Configure core UKG Pro modules: HR, timekeeping, accruals, scheduling
• Document processes and reporting standards for governance
• Partner with People Ops to address root causes

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years UKG Pro experience with reporting (Cognos or UKG Reporting) and configuration
• Experience managing requests via a ticketing system (Jira or similar)
• A customer-first mindset — responsive, clear, and patient with stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity (SOX audit controls preferred)
• Ability to manage competing priorities without dropping day-to-day
• Clear, confident communicator — in writing and in person
