🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in HR, People Operations, or a generalist People role
• Hands-on HRIS experience (Rippling preferred)
• Breadth across the employee lifecycle
• Comfort with international HR complexity
• Strong coordination skills
• AI-native and automation-oriented
