People Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Own HiBob as core HRIS end-to-end (config, data, integrations) and lead analytics.
• Automate manual HR work with self-service flows, including AI agents.
• Own the full lifecycle: pre-boarding, onboarding, adaptation.
• Guide managers through HR processes: adaptation, performance, compensation, talent mapping.
• First contact for employee relations; escalate when needed; keep Notion docs current.
• Drive engagement and a performance culture across remote/hybrid teams; align HR projects with OKRs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in HR operations or equivalent role supporting 100+ headcount
• Hands-on ownership of full lifecycle, onboarding
• HRIS experience; HiBob preferred; reporting and configuration
• Partnering with managers to sustain a performance-based culture
• Comfortable in a fast-changing remote environment; adaptable
• English (Upper-Intermediate+) and Ukrainian; Nice-to-have AI agents/Notion/HR self-service
