🎯 Requirements

5+ years in People Ops or HR Shared Services.
Hands-on HRIS scaling; PEO/EOR (BambooHR, TriNet); automation.
Builder mindset; scalable workflows and documentation.
Multi-state US and global compliance, data privacy.
Strong data analytics; operational rigor; detail-oriented.
Discretion and high emotional intelligence.
