People Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruiting for roles from intake to offer negotiation.
• Source, screen, interview, and manage candidate pipelines using ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Track metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline) and share insights with leadership.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and maintain HRIS and employee records.
• Help build scalable people practices for a growing remote-first org.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or people operations.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing).
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS platforms and maintaining accurate employee data.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through; remote work ability.
• Clear and confident communication with ability to build trust with candidates and internal teams.
