📋 Description

Execute day-to-day HR processes across the employee lifecycle
Support HR operations, data administration, and compliance
Maintain HR systems and coordinate payroll input
Manage documentation and respond to HR queries
Support global mobility: relocation, work permits, visas
Ensure GDPR and Polish labour law compliance

🎯 Requirements

3-4 years in People Operations or HR Administration
Experience administering contracts and lifecycle documentation
Knowledge of Polish labour law and HR compliance
Experience with HRIS such as HiBob, Workday, or similar
International or multinational experience
Fluent English, written and spoken
