People Operations Specialist EMEA

📋 Description

• Be a trusted and responsive HR point of contact for employees across the EMEA region
• Lead onboarding activities and create a seamless, welcoming employee experience
• Support HR-related questions, policies, processes, and documentation for employees and managers
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and confidential employee documentation
• Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and vendor communications across EMEA
• Support recruiting activities: job postings, candidate comms, interview coordination, and screening

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations
• Strong HR ops, admin, processes, L&D, and lifecycle knowledge
• Experience supporting payroll, contracts, HR systems, and workflows
• Experience working across multiple countries in EMEA
• Knowledge of Swiss and broader EMEA employment law
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication
