People Operations Specialist - HR Generalist

📋 Description

• Manage the employee lifecycle in Poland, including onboarding, employment changes, transfers, leave
• Prepare and manage Polish employment contracts, amendments, termination documents, certificates and
• Maintain legally compliant personnel files, including physical originals and properly executed
• Coordinate occupational medicine examinations, health and safety training and Polish onboarding
• Review and validate monthly payroll input prepared for the external payroll provider.
• Reconcile payroll data with HCM, employee documentation and payroll provider reports, identifying

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in HR operations, People Operations or a similar HR role.
• Practical and up-to-date knowledge of Polish employment law and employment documentation.
• Experience working with an external payroll provider and reviewing payroll calculations.
• Understanding of Polish law relocation requirements.
• Experience with Polish absence, annual leave, maternity, parental and sickness-related processes.
• Experience administering employee benefits and PPK.
