📋 Description

• Support employees across lifecycles on the People Ops team using Workday and Zendesk.
\n
• Support HR Compliance by managing statutory reporting (EEO-1, CA PDR, AAP).
\n
• Contribute to knowledge management with internal AI and productivity tools.
\n
• Participate in UATs by creating, testing, and auditing scenarios.
\n
• Assist HR COEs with mass and complex data changes via Workday EIBs.
\n
• Support cross-functional process improvements across the People team.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• 5+ years HR/People in a fast-growing, global company.
\n
• 2+ years supporting HR/workforce compliance actions.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
\n
• Basic knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and audit requirements.
\n
• Operational knowledge of Workday HRIS.
\n
• Strong attention to detail, customer service, and organization.
\n
