People Operations & SSC Lead (EU)

📋 Description

• Hands-on role in People Operations and HR generalist across EU.
• Manage full employment life-cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with local providers and reconcile payroll provisions.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR and payroll systems.
• On-site role at EU HQ in Vienna, reporting to Head of HR - Europe.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in HR Operations across multiple EU jurisdictions.
• Experience supporting FR, NL, PL, IT, ES, DE (UK a plus).
• Hands-on HR ops, shared services, payroll coordination, or international HR.
• Employment administration and employment law knowledge across EU jurisdictions and UK.
• Experience coordinating multi-country payrolls with external providers.
• Fluent German and English; other European languages a plus.
