📋 Description

• Support day-to-day People operations and HR systems.
• Oversee internship program and recruitment coordination.
• Partner with Manager, People Operations to improve processes.
• Own onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes.
• Collaborate with IT and teams to scale People functions.
• Drive government grants and office operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in HR, People Ops, or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience with HRIS (Rippling) and ATS (Lever).
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English and French.
• Degree or diploma in HR, Business, or related field.
• Comfort with AI tools to boost productivity.
