📋 Description

• Own the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Manage payroll and HR ops across global team using Gusto and Deel.
• Set up and maintain recruiting operations: ATS config, pipelines, interviews.
• Continuously improve hiring workflows for speed and quality.
• Handle benefits, visa requests, and policy documentation.
• Keep employee data accurate across systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in people ops, HR, or recruiting ops at a fast-moving startup.
• Experience with Gusto, Deel, or similar payroll/HR platforms.
• Setting up or administering an ATS.
• Supporting recruiting operations including scheduling and pipeline management.
• Experience in early-stage or high-growth startup environments.
