🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in HR Operations, Payroll, or related areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration.
• Expert in Brazilian labor practices; knowledge of local laws; Workday is a plus.
• Bilingual with advanced English; collaborate with global stakeholders.
• Highly organized multi-tasker with strong time-management.
• Collaborative communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
