Prepare payroll elements across France (400 employees) and the UK, Spain, and Germany.
Manage day-to-day HR matters from leave to administrative requests with SLAs.
Maintain accurate HRIS data and coordinate lifecycle milestones with managers.
Contribute to HR process improvements with automation focus.

🎯 Requirements

Pursuing a Master’s in HR, Employment Law, or HR-focused management.
First experience in generalist HR (internship/apprenticeship) and French employment law basics.
Experience with an HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, Lucca, Personio, Workday).
Experience in international or high-growth environments is an advantage.
