Employee lifecycle support across APAC
Handle onboarding, offboarding, and contracting processes across internal tools
Maintain HRIS data for the region
Coordinate Day 1 tasks: software/hardware setup, onboarding plans, new hire comms
Compliance and regulatory operations: handle ad hoc cases, escalate as needed
Support APAC regional programs, workplace/IT operations, events

🎯 Requirements

2–4 years in people operations, HR, or related field
Strong communicator with high EQ; handles sensitive conversations
Ability to prioritize and work independently in a fast-moving environment
Curious about AI and automation; quick to learn new tools
Comfortable English writing; Seoul-based with hybrid in-office (minimum 3 days/week)
