People Ops Specialist (f/m)

📋 Description

• Be the go-to HR contact for a segment of the 600 Tech, Data, and Product employees working across
• Own the full employee journey: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, amendments, certificates
• Build trusted relationships with employees and managers, and be genuinely responsive and helpful
• Prepare and transmit payroll variables with precision and reliability
• Monitor employee benefits (health insurance, pension, meal vouchers) and ensure employees get the
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within our Workday HRIS

🎯 Requirements

• You bring solid experience as a People Ops Specialist gained within a fast-growing company or
• You are comfortable working independently, with a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and
• You will partner closely on a daily basis with several HRBPs, working hand in hand to support your
• Pennylane is a company in full scale-up mode: a lot has already been built, but even more lies
• You're proficient in Workday and genuinely curious about how AI & automation can make People
• You are fully fluent in French and English.
