📋 Description

• Own People Partnering for assigned business groups; align people strategy with priorities.
• Coach leaders on performance, engagement, change and team effectiveness.
• Develop managers through coaching and practical tools for confident leadership.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent development and succession planning.
• Support organisational change across APAC.
• Manage employee relations across APAC; ensure timely, fair outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years' experience as a People Partner or Senior HR Generalist.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders across countries and jurisdictions.
• Strong experience handling complex employee relations; commercially balanced advice.
• Experience leading small teams or project teams desirable.
• Experience in tech, SaaS or high-growth environments highly regarded.
• Strong business partnering, coaching skills; knowledge of multi-jurisdiction laws.
