📋 Description

• Partner with EPD managers as a hands-on advisor on org health and performance
• Use AI to automate scheduling and streamline workflows
• Diagnose organizational health from surveys and signals; translate insights into action plans
• Design and run end-to-end people programs (onboarding, enablement, engagement) to drive change
• Coach managers and leaders through growth, reorgs, and feedback
• Build and scale manager enablement programs across the company

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years experience as an HRBP / People Partner supporting engineering or product leaders
• AI-forward mindset; excited to use AI tools to increase velocity
• Proven track record designing and running people programs from scratch
• Strong critical-thinking; distinguish root causes and prioritize actions
• Excellent written and verbal communication; coaching leaders on messaging and change
• Ownership orientation; accountable for outcomes and open to feedback
