📋 Description

• Hands-on role delivering people programmes and partnerships
• Support performance and talent frameworks across London hub
• Build relationships with managers and teams across the business
• Develop understanding of Helsing's tech and commercial context
• Partner with cross-functional People team on operations, TA and people partnering
• Act as a credible, business-ready partner rather than a distant function

• Experience scaling people processes in high-growth orgs
• Advising stakeholders on people strategy and org design
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Change management experience in fast-moving envts
• Curiosity about business context and domain knowledge
• Motivation by Helsing's mission and democratic values
