📋 Description

• Serve as trusted partner to local managers; coach through challenges
• Support employees across their time at Rho
• Partner on employee relations with sound judgment
• Support audit and compliance with internal and external controls
• Own operational and administrative work for the People function
• Scale processes and use AI to speed up repetitive work

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years HR or People Ops experience
• Strong partnership with managers and employees
• Translate People team's mission into day-to-day work
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• High ownership and follow-through
• Discretion and sound judgment with sensitive matters
