🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 4+ years in an HR or People Partner capacity
• Proven experience supporting both a non-exempt, shift-based workforce and a corporate or
• Working knowledge of California employment law—particularly regarding leave, accommodation, and
• Demonstrated track record of coaching managers, applying consistent standards across varying team
• Experience navigating and building out processes within an evolving, high-growth environment
