📋 Description

• Partner with departmental leaders to align business needs and growth plans.
• Own end-to-end performance management, calibration, and compensation decisions.
• Guide managers and staff on day-to-day employee relations with fairness.
• Assess team structures and drive organizational development changes.
• Support change management and build change-readiness across teams.
• Build strong partnerships with managers to align with business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR/People experience, ideally as HRBP or People Partner.
• Strong business acumen and ability to use data/analytics to drive decisions.
• Experience partnering with leaders and influencing accountability in people agendas.
• Global perspective and ability to work across a global environment.
• Collaborative problem solver working with Recruiting, People Ops, and Total Rewards.
