📋 Description

• Establish relationships with leaders up to senior manager level.
• Coach leaders on engagement, retention, and performance conversations.
• Support frontline employees by addressing inquiries and issues.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze qualitative feedback.
• Execute key programs to improve the employee experience.
• Collaborate across People & Places teams and with Amazon partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Experience communicating with diverse audiences.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and policies.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-priority management.
