• 5-10 years in HR or People Ops, ideally in fast-growing engineering orgs.
• Expertise in HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask.
• Proactive, innovative mindset with focus on strategic impact.
• Experience partnering with engineering, product, or other tech teams.
• Hands-on HR systems implementation in scaling companies.
