📋 Description

• Drive strategic talent strategy: align planning with business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Strategic HR Expertise: 6–8 years as HRBP or Organizational Consultant.
• Deep local HR experience across Japan/APAC; focus on Japanese labor relations.
• Fluent in Japanese and English for stakeholder communication.
• Change Leader: track record handling large-scale organizational change.
• Analytic Mindset: data-driven decisions and bias mitigation.
• Independent Problem Solver: manage large projects across boundaries.
