📋 Description

• Build the HRBP function, defining how we partner with the business and hiring/leading a team of
• Coach and advise managers at every level, building leadership training for effective feedback
• Own the Impact Review program end to end, including calibration, and build goal-setting and
• Lead employee relations, guiding managers through performance issues, PIPs, and exits with fairness
• Design and launch engagement and development programs promoting inclusivity and career growth.
• Build the leadership pipeline by assessing readiness and supporting new managers through transition.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years as an HR Business Partner in high-growth or
• Deep knowledge of performance management, employee relations, and org design.
• Experience building HRBP programs from scratch.
• Track record of designing and running performance review cycles and manager development programs.
• Strong employee relations judgment, balancing employee care with business needs and legal risk.
• Credibility and executive presence, coaching with candor and pushing back on leaders.
