• Build deep partnerships with Notion's leadership team (especially across Engineering, Product, and

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience, minimum of 3+ years of Engineering and/or Product experience and deep
• Strong learning velocity and able to ramp quickly on new organizations, leaders, and evolving
• Demonstrated experience building relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional
• Solutions-oriented with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to remain tactful and calm in all situations.
• Highly adaptable and will thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.
