• Own People Partnering for assigned groups, aligning people with business priorities.
• Partner with global People team to migrate local practices to scalable, compliant frameworks.
• Provide practical, commercially balanced HR advice to support objectives.
• Coach leaders through change, team development, performance, and engagement.
• Build manager capability with guidance, coaching, and practical tools.
• Partner on workforce planning, talent development, succession, and org design.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years' experience as a People Partner or Senior HR Generalist in fast-paced orgs.
• Experience supporting India employees with Indian employment laws.
• Experience leading organizational change or post-acquisition integration.
• Experience partnering with global or dispersed teams.
• Experience managing complex employee relations with pragmatic advice.
• Experience in tech/SaaS or high-growth environments is valued.
