People Partner, Finance

📋 Description

• Lead and support the Finance leadership team and the organization through continued growth and
• Act as a strategic consultant to Finance leaders, partnering to align business and people
• Collaborate across People teams to develop and deliver programs that address Finance's needs and
• Use data, insights, and People expertise to inform organizational strategy, structure, and programs
• Advise and coach leaders and managers on organizational design, change management, and ways of
• Support leaders as they execute on global talent and organizational planning, building the Finance

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience as a People Partner or in an equivalent people business partnering role
• Experience partnering with and influencing executive and senior leaders to align people strategy
• Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to translate people data and
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to partner with and influence diverse groups and experience levels.
• Sound judgment and discretion when working with sensitive people and business information.
