People Partner, HRBP Team

📋 Description

• Coach and guide managers through performance management and employee relations matters
• Manage complex employee matters including investigations, leaves, accommodations, and offboarding
• Identify and leverage people data to uncover organizational insights and drive recommendations
• Apply product and design-thinking principles to improve employee experience
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Legal, and People teams on complex situations
• Provide guidance to leaders and influence decisions without direct authority

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years HR or Employee Relations experience, including 3 years supporting managers on performance
• Experience handling complex employee relations matters
• Prior internal investigations experience is a plus
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity
