📋 Description

• Coach and guide managers through performance management and employee relations matters, helping

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HR or Employee Relations, including at least 3 years directly supporting
• Demonstrated judgment handling complex employee relations matters and balancing employee experience
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to navigate nuanced situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication to
