📋 Description

• Build partnerships with CX leadership to drive talent strategy and org design.
• Lead tough conversations with senior leaders on effectiveness and changes.
• Coach and develop 2 People Partners to scale coaching.
• Synthesize attrition and ER data into actionable CX insights.
• Build scalable People processes and AI-assisted playbooks.
• Operationalize core talent programs and senior leader enablement.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years HRBP/People Partner experience in CX or large ops.
• Proven ability to build scalable processes and playbooks.
• Credible with both frontline and executive leaders; strong execution.
• Experience managing a team of People Partners.
• End-to-end program ownership, from kickoff to completion.
• AI-forward mindset; use AI to improve People work.
