People Partner Lead, Engineering

📋 Description

• Build trusted partnerships with Engineering, Data Science, and Security/IT leaders.
• Synthesize People data (gPulse, Gustofied cycles, attrition, headcount trends).
• Lead end-to-end org changes: transition planning, Workday updates, comms.
• Operationalize core talent programs: performance cycles, calibrations, promotions, manager enablement.
• Reinforce high performance standards and growth expectations across Eng, Data Science, and Security/IT.
• Partner with R&D and People teams to translate programs for tech orgs.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years HRBP/People Partner experience with technical orgs.
• Strong operator mindset; has executed complex People work.
• Bias toward action and high-speed execution.
• Influence senior tech leaders; push back when needed.
• Deep experience with performance management, calibrations, promotions, org design.
• AI-native mindset; uses AI to synthesize data and draft workflows.
