• Act as a trusted People Business Partner to the Engineering & Cyber departments, understanding
• Own strategic People processes and employee relations end-to-end for your client groups in Israel
• Coach and advise people managers across all levels on talent management, leadership growth, team
• Drive annual performance assessments, compensation cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, and
• Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, guide decision-making, and improve retention and

🎯 Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in the HR domain, with at least 3 years as a People Partner (HRBP) in a
• Willing and able to commit to a 1-year temporary position (Maternity Leave Cover).
• Energetic, self-motivated, proactive, authentic, and results-driven. You do not shy away from hard
• AI savvy - used AI to improve/leverage best practices for HR in a global company.
• Strong collaborative spirit—someone who brings positive energy, loves working closely with
