📋 Description

• Lead leadership advisory for US & German Revenue & CX leaders.
• Collaborate with Dusseldorf HR & TA on German HR topics and hiring.
• Maintain NYC anchor; stay connected with Tampa and travel to Dusseldorf.
• Drive end-to-end core people programs (reviews, calibrations, talent frameworks).
• Partner with managers on standards, underperformance, and development plans.
• Own US lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, promotions, salary changes, compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years HR exp; 3+ years as HRBP/People Partner in fast-paced B2B sales.
• US employment law, payroll, and NY/FL benefits knowledge.
• Proficient with HRIS (Rippling), ATS, Google Suite, Notion; uses AI/LLMs.
• Strong in org design and flawless docs/payroll data.
• Proven track record resolving sensitive Employee Relations issues.
• Willing to work across European time zones; travel to Tampa and Germany.
