• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders in Research

🎯 Requirements

• Have experience operating at a fast-growing Tech company in HR, and fluency with employment law and
• Have worked at a tech company, start-up, or a similarly fast-paced environment
• Have a minimum of 6+ years experience working in People Partner, People Operations, Employee
• Have experience working with AI focused Research and Engineering teams
• Care deeply when it comes to helping and supporting a diverse set of people at all levels of an
• Have proven experience and skill sets in providing confidential, practical support and are trained
